Code of Conduct.

RiceTeaCatPanda aims to be a fun experience for everyone. To ensure this, we take attendee conduct very seriously and do not tolerate any harassment, malicious unauthorized access, or attempting to circumvent rules in any form.

We value the participation of each member and we want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. All particpants are expected to show respect and courtesy to other particpants and organizers. Additionally, particpants are expected to respect the competition infrastructure. Any unauthorized access or attempts to circumvent the competition infrastructure will not be tolerated.

Our Standards

RiceTeaCatPanda is committed to remaining a positive and encouraging environment for all participants regardless of disability, race, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, gender identity, religion (or lack thereof), and physical appearance.

The following are examples of unacceptable behaviors:

  • Harassment of event participants in any form
  • Revealing personally identifiable information.
  • Violent threats or language directed against another person
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
  • Insults or put downs
  • Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or exclusionary jokes
  • Excessive swearing
  • Unwelcome advances
  • Any other sort of behavior identified by the organizers

If any participant engages in such behavior, they will be asked to immediately stop. If repeated the organizers will take appropriate action. All disciplinary decisions are non-negotiable and taken at the sole discretion of RiceTeaCatPanda.


All particpants, organizers, and staff are subject to this code of conduct. This applies to any websites, events, or competitions run by RiceTeaCatPanda in addition to the specific rules designated for a given event.
